Current Youth Culture

Relevant --- We want to create a culture that is both relevant and Biblical for our students at every age level. We are striving to not only compete with a MTV, myspace youth world, but to engage our students in a God-centric experience that engages their spirit, heart, and mind with God’s Word.  So we strive to be creative in our design, communication, and processes from 6th grade through High School. 


Relationships --- Relationships are an integral part of a student’s life.  We stress the importance of a relationship with God first and foremost.  But as well, we teach our students the importance of having friends around them that are pursuing the same things they are.  The Bible says “whoever you hang with will determine how far you go in life.”  Our kids need positive relationships that propel them...not pull them down.  We have grouped our Student Life as follows --- KidsPointe Tots (birth–3 yrs), Studio 45 (4-5 yrs), KidsPointe (1st-5th), Unscripted 68 (6th-8th), Unscripted Youth (9th-12th)!

Recreation --- Recreation not only means leisure, fun, and excitement!  But we are passionate to keep every student level in our ministry full of enthusiasm.  It also means re-creation --- to rebirth, reform, and regenerate.  In order to achieve that, we empower and exert our students to be used by God in order for them to find and fulfill their God-given destiny.  We believe there is ministry potential in every person no matter how old or young.  So we have developed a student ministry that centers on Student involvement and leadership with adult oversight, encouragement, and training.
